Deal Registration Form
Register Online
This from needs to be completed accurately and completed in full, to avoid deal registration delays. The Deal Registration process and details can be obtained in the Partner Agreement.
Deal Registration Criteria:
- Stage 1 ➜ Prospecting
The Partner has identified a potential Customer and is in the process of qualifying the opportunity.
- Stage 2 ➜ Qualification
The Partner has qualified the opportunity and is actively engaged with the potential Customer in sales discussions.
- Stage 3 ➜ Negotiation
The Partner is negotiating the terms of the Deal with the potential Customer.
- Stage 4 ➜ Closed-Won
The Deal has been executed and the Partner has received a purchase order or other binding commitment from the Customer.
- Stage 5 ➜ Closed-Lost
The Deal was not executed for any reason other than the Partner’s failure to comply with its obligations under this Agreement.
Deal Regisration Validity Periods:
- Stage 1 ➜ Prospecting - 30 days
- Stage 2 ➜ Qualification - 45 Days
- Stage 3 ➜ Negotiation - 60 Days

ESCode will notify the Partner by e-mail that the Deal has been (i) approved and registered or (ii) declined. ESCode will strive to notify Partners of its decision within two (2) business days. Once the Deal has been approved, the validity periods stipulated will be applicable to the Deal.
