Customer confirms the names assigned to the authorised roles are accurate and that the contacts below have been informed of the responsibility. Inaccuracy can result in delays outside of ESCode's control.

Authorised representative of the Customer, in his/her capacity, hereby acknowledges and confirms that he/she has read and understood the Agreement and he/she acknowledges and confirms that he/she agrees to bind the Customer to this Agreement and that he/she is duly authorised to do so . ESCode recommends that Customer prints copies of the Order for the Customer’s records. Electronic Signature is permissible.
